"I've got eggs
I've got bacon
I've got a bad headache
Should I leave the above alone? "
If it's a hangover go for it...
Bacon always helps in that situation |

Tea is the way forward.
Tea solves everything.
Tea has magical powers.
(don't get technical about caffeine bad/ water good, dehydration etc - it actually is magic)
Hmmmm, can someone bring me a tea please? |

I'm not sure inaccurate is the right word. Medically speaking bacon really isn't going to cure a head ache.
I can also see from this thread, that I must be the only person who doesn't eat pork!!
It's ok though, I hope you all enjoy your sandwiches, baps, butties and rolls. Or what ever you call them in your respective areas |

Pure water will not hydrate you quickly. Hangovers are an imbalance in electrolytes and salts in your body. That is why sports drinks are not just water. They contain salts to help the osmosis effect and get the water back into your system quicker. In fact a drink of weak squash with a pinch of salt in will hydrate you quicker than a valid of water.
I'm also pretty sure your brain doesn't have tendons. |

I never said it would rehydrate him quickly?
There was no mention of a hang over?
Yes people are doing studies on salt and sugar water, but whatever, I wasn't looking for an argument with you over the benefits of water with added extras or not.
As ive never eaten bacon I suppose ive no idea about how it makes you feels after eating at.
Hope you have a fun day |

I believe you are correct and the brain does not have tendons.
It is true, though, that dehydration headaches are caused (in part) by the brain shrinking and triggering the feeling of pain as it pulls away inside the skull. So, the post could have been more inaccurate with some effort
Besides, it's well known that bacon and greasy fry-ups are good for hangovers. Bacon cures everything. |
