Has anyone had surgery on a torn bicep & if so what is the recover time and do you have to be in plaster?

Its extremely painful, everyday tasks are impossible like holding a cup of coffee. Cant wait to get it sorted

62 West Wallaby Street (not real address)

They put it in a brace not plaster then a sling. I got told no lifting for 6 weeks after my op but it depends what operation you have.

I am apparently have the op were then place to screws in your bone and pull your bicep tendon down.

I didn't have that op so wouldn't know
