Anyone ever witnessed a door security man use excessive force ejecting a female yet left a group of rowdy males? They have licences now and are subject to certain rules are they not?

Some doormen are complete knob heads, then you get some who are ok. Like any profession really you get good and bad.

Why should they? They're not there to fight, they're there to chuck out dickheads.

Tbh yes I've witnessed it but only once. That was bad enough though. They guy deserved to get kicked out but didn't deserve what followed. Doorman was charged for assault and lost his license and deserved nothing less.

At a gig a couple of years ago a bloke kept starting fights with me. At one point he punched my ex and cut her forehead. This bouncer comes out of nowhere grabs her from behind and throws her out the door. Claimed he saw the whole thing. She didn't even throw a punch. The guy who started it got to enjoy the rest of the gig. Tried to make a complaint to the venue which was impossible. Didn't get anywhere.

Sorry should elaborate.. if a bouncer gets started on, other bouncers appear as back up.. more so a few years ago, but now they control the situation are a bit more professional... and tend to call the police now when things get out of hand.

Years ago a bouncer broke my brothers girlfriends arm. According to his doorman mates she attacked him, she was 4'9" and tiny he was 6' and built like a shithouse wall.

Wasn't there any cctv footage for the police to take a look at?

I'm not saying this is the case in your incident but all because a woman is 4ft9 does not mean she's incapable of attaching somebody first, people get very brave with a few drinks down them and all because it's a woman a guy shouldn't have to stand there and take abuse

The bouncer involved got 8 years for malicious wounding with intent, one of his mates got 3 years for fraud, perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice 2 more got suspended sentences. The bouncers were throwing someone else out of the club and Lisa was in the way of one who wanted to get a bit of the action so he threw her against a wall to get her out of the way.
