Used to have a major crush on Faye from Steps and cant see why I did when I look back now. Suzanna Hoffs from Bangles was gorgeous, saw them in the Town n Country Club in Camden, up close and she really was perfect |

Either of the girls from Strawberry Switchblade. Me and an old army mate were on a train from Southampton to Birmingham in the mid eighties and they were sat opposite. We were complaining that the guy in the buffet car wouldn't sell us any alcohol because we were soldiers. They over heard , one jumped up and went and bought us both a beer. We had no idea who they were as they had no makeup on , just looked like two girls in their 20s. It wasn't until we started chatting that they told us. Two lovely Scottish girls. |

Long long ago, in a galaxy far far away (well Birmingham actually) my girlfriends band had two top 40 his in quite quick succession, and I remember when the second single came out, listening for the chart position on the Sunday with her, on the Monday I git dumped, she should have stayed with me, they never got another hit single after that, I was their luck lol |
