I've gone down with Winter Vomiting Bug, known as Norovirus by some dccs.

Felt so well yesterday, now so washed out. No food for 24-36 hrs, just liquids.

Very unpleasant but mercifully short lived. You go from well to feeling like death in minutes and then fine in a day or so. Horrible bug but very common.

Bed and keep hydrated.

Love Aviemore, went skiing there years ago. Stayed next to Loch Morlich, stunning place.
