Anyone else got this dreaded life threatening bug that cripples the nostrils and makes you sneeze 50 times a day?
The pain is worse than going to the dentist ffs!!! |

i was jk, i've had flu.
can't even move with it and slept for days on end. woke up a for wee occasionally. my ex and none of the kids came to check up on me once, i felt sad. but at least they didn't moither for stuff and left me to it. |

Tried contac and they don't seem to do anything 
Can't sleep for a week, im booked in to work tomorrow and can't get a relief driver to cover me, typical as im always covering others!

Hubby had it...3 weeks of that 'little poorly voice' & the inability to move...I have it & just getting on with working full time, cooking, running a home...jeez, makes me bat crap crazy  |

Got a common cold... but it really hurts my head/chest when i cough.
Had 2 really bad coughing fits earlier and threw up after each of them

Have you tried Boots Cold and flu defence nasal spray?. I got a really bad bout of flu last year and have been using it at the first sign of a cold or sore throat. It seems to work for me as long as i use it as soon as i get the first symptoms. |

Well im much better after a good night's sleep! A dose of tablets from docs and the stuff im taking already seems to have kicked this man death bug into shape! 
Back to my usual ways by the weekend |
