a straightjacket

Our binmen aint that bad. I suppose when they have to empty probably a couple of thousand bins per day, putting a wheelie bin back where they found it might be a bit time consuming....... If you're that steamed up about it, complain to your council

Where are the tossers all week ? You never see a bin truck till a Thursday then they decide they will block every freaking road for miles around while they empty the bins. When I was a kid my mum had a metal bin in the back garden and they would walk through, put it on their shoulder and tip it, no chance of that these days, can't be doing with the lazy tossers

Ours are lovely and they aren't supposed to take anything away that's next to the bin. They always take mine.

Industrial injury rates have fallen since that time

The Garden of Eden in Beautiful North Wales

Bin day is the worst day every fortnight. Everyone goes to the trouble of separating items and placing them in the right bins and the binmen come along and duly throw them all over the road!

If we, the public drop litter it's usually followed by a fine, so why don't the 'Jobs Worths' follow them and fine them too?

I'll tell you why...

Because it would be the council fining themselves.

One law for us and another law for them.

My bin-persons don't provide what I call a good service.....

They don't return the bins to the same place they insist they are placed for collection....

They leave empty bins randomly scattered on pavements making it a hazard for the elderly of anyone less sure of foot or anyone in a wheelchair or pushing a pram or sight impaired.......

The will not empty any bin where the lid is not fully closed which results in overflowing bins being left parked outside peoples houses for weeks on end causing a health hazard...

I could go on..... an on and on and on..

I hate it when bin men put bins in the way of driveway .Then have to move bin to get car in drive. I think they must do this on purpose

I really don't understand them not emptying a very full bin. Surely it is going to be even fuller next week.

Once a week leave Black Bin bags out and they take them away without fuss. Sometimes bump into them down the lane blocking the road but not the end of the world.

Leave them a big slab of beer for Xmas. Must be quite a tough thankless job.
