I thought I'd bring this up as the other day I was called ugly by someone which I laughed off and leave it at that but still got the last word in. As being called ugly I have done to bad for an ugly bloke had a few chats and received the odd message. So to all ugly people there's light at the end of the rainbow .and got to say I look better in real life than my pics lmao  |

I've been called a fugly a number of times on here. I've also had it in the real world too over the years.
Sometimes I've accepted it and laughed it off. Other times its hurt me and left me feeling awful.
However it doesn't matter what people say it's how you feel that matters most.

Been called ugly and much worse on here. First time it bothered me a little, since then I don't let it worry me. I'm not going to be everyone's cup of tea and that's fine with me. |

I've been called it a few times and to be honest I think I am.
However, I have also been told otherwise on a number of occasions.

I know my facial limits - definitely a face only a mother can love. Thing is it is what it is, I can't change it without a 'Face Off' style face transplant so gotta live with it.
I saw that thread the other day OP and the only ugly person I could see was the person who said that to you unnecessarily. Definitely an ugly character.

People can be so shallow. We all have our own imperfections. Looks arnt always important personality and other values mean more. Yes we would all love to be with a Page3 model or the women would like a hunky action man but most time the most desirable people are so far up there own asses that they're not aware of anyone else around them They are the real ugly people |

If you think like that I expect you to be consistent with every other person who posts anything at all on here,including women. How do you know anything that anyone says is true? I take everything at face value and assume they aren't lying,if I reply. Or I have to assume everyone lies. It's not exactly a far fetched story and one we've heard on many an occasion. |

To be honest I don't care whether I do or not lovely! I like to look as good as I can (usually - having a blip at the mo) through diet, exercise, skincare etc - for me, not anyone else - and that's all any of us can do!
I'm not stunning or gorgeous and never will be - but most of the people on here who like me do so because I'm a bloody good giggle - not because I'm anything special to look at!! Xxx |

Unfortunately, some people use attack as a form of defence, some are just shallow and some just get a kick out of belittling someone else.
No-one is ugly. I always think beauty is on the inside. Some people will never understand that.

I don't like the term ugly, I much prefer the term not my type! As we all have different turn ins and types.
I have in the past had women find it incredible that I did not fancy them LoLeven when they have been stunning! It's not always about looks!! |

I don't think politicians are what we should aspire to be like, lol! I have those thoughts too but I rise above it, because they want me to retort. Returning the name calling brings me down to their level and I wouldn't give the satisfaction. Doesn't mean I'm not internally saying 'dickhead' over and over.

Really? I read it as someone who believes in treating everyone the way they wish to be treated, which is the adult way to behave. We're not in the schoolyard anymore. If someone calls you names, laugh it off and ignore. That'll annoy them much more than slinging mud back, imo.
I do laugh it off but that doesn't mean I don't have the thoughts in my head. Some people have knee jerk reactions and want to put someone in their place. I wouldn't tell someone they are childish for doing that. Politicians are known for it. She started it!

We have had same thing we just say thanks no worries have fun and hope you find what or who your looking for xx, just because they think your ugly doesn't mean everyone thinks same just move on and find those who don't find you ugly everyone gets knock backs just unfortunately some people like to be UGLY with their rejections instead of saying no thanks your not what I'm looking for or something similar |

What is ugly? Anyone has a different opinion in their eyes to what is ugly however does not give them an excuse to offend someone with such an offensive remark and suggest they keep those remarks to them selves and just ignore them if they don't want to meet or at least be polite and decline an offer made by someone they don't fancy. |
