I think with the lack lustre performance of France we have a very good chance...... But the last 9 mins of the Welsh game on Saturday was an absolute disgrace..... Yes I know we were a man down, but the lads just seamed to stop playing, what went wrong.....was Dan Cole really such a huge influence? Is Hartley really such a motivator that when he departed the team lots its way..... Or did they just think we've won this and stop playing.....

It may not be as straight forward as it should be...

Or it could've been down to wales bringing players off the bench which we should have done at half time.

Ireland and England should get together. You sort out the first 65 minutes and then we (Ireland) will contrive to lose. You don't seem very good at that and even Scotland is looking as if it may have forgotten how to be appallingly poor.

Fingers crossed, all in all, for a young team I think England can be rightly proud of a jolly well played tournament. Some hairy moments, but it would be boring if it was plain sailing all the way.

(And I was really rather grateful to them last weekend as I had to work at my Cardiff office on Monday.)

I fancy Ireland to beat Scotland today. Either way, it's going to be a tight one. England will probably get the Grand Slam also. Although, I think the best of a bad bunch is the case here. I don't think England are particularly strong. They're just the better side. Couldn't see them challenge the top Southern Hemisphere sides. All 6 nations sides are rebuilding their squads. Mediocre at best.

I disagree, to an extent. For a very new team, England are showing a lot of promise. The question is whether they can develop that.

I can't argue that we're a challenge for the best of the Southern Hemisphere though.

More to do with Wales not turning up for first half. Still a sad fact that England aren't even close to being able to beat a half decent team. You can almost guarantee that whatever score it is it will be divisible by three!

In all fairness its difficult to knock England. Every team has had issues coming in to this tournament but Eng have deserved every win. Yes they should be concerned at how easy it seemed for Wales to put points on them in the last 15 mins last week, but ultimately theyhung in there and won.

England first, Wales second seems a fair result based in performance.

The summer tours are still a concern though...

When you win by penalties you're not winning on your own merits.

A win is a win obviously but it's more about how poorly Wales played than how well England played.

I hope Hartley is ok. That looked like a hell of a collision with that knee. Unfortunate.

It's been damned close at times but that's a decisive win.

We made far too many errors though, and gave away far too many penalties.

For us to have scored 3 tries but to have the French so close for so much of the game just from penalty kicks is dreadful.

France were never going to play 2nd fiddle on their own turf, given how far they've come since the world cup it looks promising..
