I think I'm averaging 4-5 hours myself and I seem to be getting used to it now.
It's only really an issue if I'm on an early shift. x
Shame we are so far apart Knitter, we could keep each other company. |

4-5 hours is plenty for me,never been a big sleeper!! Xx apparently people that don't need a lot of sleep are more intelligent? I must be the exception haha |

I'm not so much of an insomniac but have a terrible sleeping pattern at the moment..... when I do finally fall asleep I sleep for hours on end but too many thoughts going on in my head maaaan! |

Still awake and it's a lovely morning but I must be starting to feel a little irritable because I'm getting annoyed over silly things, like people getting pushy and moody in messages.
I just had a really weird one from a guy who thinks I'm an Escort as He offered me money in his message. He is taking the piss,right ??

I've added such details several times but blue wavelength light suppresses your body's production of melatonin - a hormone that initiatives and sustains sleep.
Blue light is within white light spectrum and most technology - computers, mobile phones and tv screens.
Turn down the brightness, filter blue light if you can or avoid use as it gets later.
At least then you'll be giving your body its best chance to get you off. |
