Merthyr Tydfil Hotel

Anyone know of any decent hotels in Merthyr Tydfil going to the bike park there hotel with a pool and gym would be nice .

I would imagine a hotel with a pool and gym in Merthyr is pushing your luck. Possibly a nice guesthouse or else Cardiff. Merthyr isn't really a classy tourist or business destination. I may be wrong though and the ancestral homelands may have gone up a few notches in recent years.

Or theres the nant ddu hotel large pool,gym,spa,restaurant,on the taff trail direct to the bike Park,dont you just love people who slag places off who dont have a clue.....

I didn't slag Merthyr off. My kids live in the area and my youngest works in Merthyr. My family come from the area. I really didn't know that Merthyr has anywhere better than the Travel lodge down near the old Hoover factory. I do apologise.
