Mascarpone is a soft cheese which is more like a cream. Yummy!

Although my waitress mispronounced it the other night and now I can't get her way of saying it out of my blimming head.

I hate being corrected when I pronounce the names of wine

It cracks me up every time I hear an English person trying to pronounce "Sauvignon Blanc"
