Saw an article on the Suns website about this,

Ive seen the videos about it, which also show limited demonstrations. It is essentially about pleasuring the woman by gently rubbing just above the clit for 15 minutes in comfortable surroundings, with no pleasure given to the man. It is interesting, but I suspect of limited appeal when mutual pleasure is the name of the game. |
