I'm on "lose a stone in a week diet" in an attempt to kick start my weight loss programme...tonight was lamb chops, salad and a grapefruit. Hardly inspirational stuff but needs must ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

I've just eaten a king prawn stir fry. Was very yummy.
A couple of nights ago, I had a massive memory blip that had me craving my Grandads' shepherds pie. I tried making it, but just couldn't get it right. I tried google, but they suggested all manner of herbs. My Grandad didn't even know what garlic was, I doubt he had fennel and Italian herbs sat in his cupboard! |

Do you all know that it is National Pie Week, this week? That would include Apple Pie as well as Steak & Kidney Pie or Fish Pie, or Chicken & Leek Pie or well you get the idea. Even veggie pie for those who enjoy that. x |

Yeah but it seems wrong to have macaroni with tomato and chilli sauce!
I had those pasta parcels with cheese and ham and I was quite looking forward to it. ![](/icons/s/neutral.gif) |
