I went off on an interesting tangent when watching a program recently where a guy was diagnosed with only a few months to live so started living a different way.
If you have 6 months to live (feeling well during them), there are so many different things you could do you could do, go see places that you want to, do more things you want to do.
You could even, although I don't think it's a brilliant idea, rob a bank, as if you are not caught red handed you might never be caught at all, at least, alive!
(Humour)
What would you do if you have 6 months left? Would you spend it with those close to you?
Would you make amends with those you have parted ways from?
Oh would you do something different? |

As I have children who are in their teens, I would do my best to try to prepare them, if such a thing is possible, for my absence - thankfully I have life assurance so wouldn't be leaving them in poverty and I know their father (my ex) will look after them to the best of his ability.
Any time away from my kids would be spent with Lee, wouldn't waste another minute of the too-short few years together. |

I would sort out my will.
I would Visit friends and relatives around the UK.
Book a cruise for me and my children.....using the money put aside for a rainy day.
Write a bucket list and tick them off.
Spend time writing meaningful letters to my close family.
Go to my local lovely swingers club as often as I can.
Have lots of wonderful sex and try kinky stuff I have been thinking about. |

Carry on much as I do now but I would write letters to everyone who means much to me so that they could read them now and still have them after I've gone.
We both have the attitude that we should always live for the day. |

First make sure the diagnosis is correct, I read about a guy had several months to live splashed a lot of cash on a holiday of a lifetime. Afterwards the doctors informed him they made a mistake, it wasn't terminal.
I would change how I lived definitely. |
