Tinned salmon with finely chopped spring onions, tomato's and celery, a drizzle of honey and mustard salad dressing all wrapped in crispy lettuce leaves 
Loads of flavour, and next to nil calories.
Bet ya can't tell I'm really getting into this slimming malarky  |

My old mom used to have cheese and apple together 
But grated apple into coleslaw and on a cheese sarnie is lovely.
Though these days im like jack and wrap most things in lettuce leaves . less cals  |

Try apple, carrott and cheese grated together, add couple of saltanas too if you fancy it and wrap in lettuce leaf. it will satisfy a sweet craving |

Smoked salmon with cream cheese and rocket.
Peanut butter and jam.
Banana, cream cheese and honey.
Peanut butter and banana.
Coronation chicken.
Chopped ham, chopped gherkin, with a Dijon mustard and mayo.
Salami, Dijon mustard, rocket and mayo.
Smooth duck pate, red current jelly, and rocket.
Just a few that spring to mind! |
