I did have a friend "dump" me on facebook. He wasnt a real friend, he was an old school mate. We indulged in the, ooo what have you been doing for the last 20 years, conversation and then when I kept ignoring his messages, only intentionally, I dont go onto facebook that often, he posted on my wall that he didnt want to hear from me ever again - so there!! lol.
Havent seen any break ups via a forum or on facebook - that is very sad. I cannot abide spineless b*stards who cannot break up with someone face to face |

"How can you be dumped from a "cyber relationship" when there was no real relationship / friendship to begin with. Somewhat confused ? "
Then don't be. People on this site actually chat to each other in PM and form online relationships as such. They may intend meeting at some point but are happy to just chat if not. This relationship is in full swing been going on for a while you're quite intimate and share stuff..all is well you say - night night chat soon xxx etc etc... then the next day one of them doesn't respond to your mail or messenger. They're obviously not dead as theyre posting on threads and signing on. Just not with you anymore. Of course you shrug your shoulders and accept it as nobody wants to be a bunny boiler... but the fact remains you have been cyber dumped.... |

When I was a 1st year at secondary school I was bullied by an older kid.
last year his name was mentioned in a conversation with some old friends.
I hadn't given him a thought for 35 years but the mention of his name brought back all the old hate.
so......I looked him up on friends reunited(turns out he sells used cars in Walsall, which cheered me up) and sent him a mail telling him what a cunt he was and I hoped his cock fell off
sad?..yep
did it make me feel better?..absolutely

I don't even know if he's read it. I'm not that bent out of shape that I ever went back to check.
It was one of those '15th bottle of Miller,3am mails'
Better clarify i'm not in the habit of doing it |

Ooh I enjoyed reading that - isnt it amazing that in adulthood most bullies you knew from school are ineffective losers? |

Was it a pair of trainers? Lol thats reference to another thread.
I'm shocked at the number of people who have written to me thinking I was talking from experience on FAB for the inspiration for starting this thread. I haven't chatted to many on this site that would constitute a 'long' internet friendship. It was sparked after watchin' one of those Sky One greatest ever series... Breaking up on internet was lowly rated. The worst was a girl seeing her 'fiance' and father of her two children getting married to another woman by reading it in her local newspaper just married column. Now thats a nightmare!!! |
