Anything that carries the "tard" connotation is normally considered a quality put down. Wank-Tard, Fuck-Tard. I don't have to explain those.
Personally I like the word "weasel" as you can really get your tongue round it and convey displeasure.. For example it can be rewarding to call someone a fucking "Jizzweasel"
But put them together then you have a very powerful combination of put down. As an example if someone pulled out on your vehicle. You may use the following phrase..
"Oi you fucking jizzweasle, fucktard, motherfucker".
I advise caution if your going to use this full phrase as its very powerful. You may want to access if the recipient is a big chap or liable to chase you if you use it. I urge you not use this phrase indiscriminately.
