you would think with all her money, she would get a new one 
if you could afford it, is there anything you would change about yourself?
I would get laser eye treatment as I hate wearing glasses and I have an aversion to contact lenses  |

Whats wrong with her nose? Think she looks stunning personally.
The only thing I'd have surgery on is my foof....I think the mound bit is overly large and it doesn't seem to shrink when I lose weight  |

Her nose is distinctive, it's part of her look. She'd look bland without it.
I have an extensive list of procedures I'll get done if I ever win the lottery. If I don't win the lottery, I think there will always be something I want more. |

I never noticed it before either but I saw her on the telly earlier...and obviously that's just my opinion  |

I think she looks fine, plastic surgery isn't required obviously in this case anyway. Bit harsh, I'd only suggest it needs to be done by anyone with genuine health concerns or requirements really. |

OP, why would you even suggest that someone *should* do something about their looks just because they have money?
I wouldn't undergo any surgery to change my looks or body. Surgery is painful and I have had enough of that sort of pain over the years.

I only asked as I saw someone else on here was having a boob job and a tummy tuck...
you see ...people do inflict all kinds of pain on themselves in order to look better...often whether they can afford it or not |
