I know ipads don't and usually with having a webcam it helps to use adobe flash player. I want to be able to see a cam as well as use one.

HTML 5 is still in its infancy, (the web standard that amongst other things was supposed to surpass flash player and offer equivalent/improved performance).

I agree flash player was riddled with security holes and plagued by stability issues .. The mobile versions were frustrating and temperamental to use..

Until the gulf left by flash has been filled on mobile platforms with some sort of HTML 5 standard .. Viewing and crudely broadcasting without audio is probably your only option (on android/iOS).
