Depends on cost; and use ability;

S61 is well proven, but old;

The AW191 is the Merlin, already in service in UK and much the same as the AW 149: ( which is the AW 139, but more capable .

Not impressed with the S92: it's just a modernised S61 really .

Ah yes. Merlin is not used in UK for SAR. Personally I'm not convinced that the yachtsman wouldn't be dead by the time the aircrew had rebooted after another AMS mismatch..

Well not exactly, but it's a lot the same; just a truck with a fan on the roof.

Not always a bad thing, the almost "clockwork" S61 can get airborne so quickly in comparison to more modern platforms. Sometimes simplicity is king. Especially if you want to take off in a hurry.
