Be honest, do you eat your five portions of fruit and veg each day.

I generally do and somerimes more.

I can't fuck so I'm talking food instead.

I had orange juice and a banana for breakfast. I had an apple and some celery for elevensies. It occured to me that one more portion of veg and I've had my recommended daily allowance.

I was curious about other people's eating habits as I find it easy to incorporate fruit and veg into my diet, yet some of my friends say they dislike or rarely eat vegetables.

I very rarely eat meat myself so maybe this is a factor.

Yep, every day. Maybe even more. Please wash all fruit n veg first though. The stuff they soray it with is lethal....

Im doing the Slimming World plan and its all about the 'Speed Foods'

I aim for around 7 a day.. ive had better losses when i have a high intake of fruit/veg

I always have veg with my dinner.

I do Most days. I agree that fruit is not as good for you as vegetables, and contains a lot of natural sugars but whoever said it was unhealthy is wrong. What about the fibre and vitamin and mineral content?

I'd much rather my kids ate a piece of fruit than a bag of sweets or crisps!

Yesterday I ate a home made soup which had - onion, leek, sweet potato, courgette, mange tout, green beans, parsnip, carrot, broccoli, spinach and kale in it

It was yummy snd I'm having another portion tonight for tea.

During the day at rhe moment I'm juicing so im eating 99% fruit and veg, with a little natural yoghurt and some porridge oats in rhe morning; )

Do I'm definitely getting more than 5 a day

Sadly daughter is tempting me by eating pringle and pot noodle

I actively avoid fruit, veg and fiber. It's not good for me to eat.

I drink fruit juice and have some veg such as peas and beans but on the whole not much.
