Just wondering how weird are some of your daily rituals one of mine is preparing the morning cuppa for Jill and myself everything has to be done in the right order or I feel I have failed in some way

I need to say a few words of gratitude and thanks to whatever force it is that looks after me so well. Each night before I go to bed, or I don't sleep as well and then I have to do it first thing in the morning if I somehow forgot or fell asleep before saying my thing. |

When I finish work in the morning I've started to do a 15 mike bike ride before I go to bed. Found it helps me sleep better as I'm getting deeper sleep as I'm more tired by the time I go to bed. |
