Just had a guy lie that he was a Royal Marine Commando to get into my panties. I'm absolutely disgusted. It's so disrespectful to our men and women in uniform who are ACTUALLY willing to die for this country. They are heroes! This guy is a disgrace and should be ashamed of himself!

There's groupies for everything. Some people genuinely like others in uniform...

Some don't. Then there's those who hate those in uniform because sometimes it gives an advantage.

I disagree. I was in the Royal Navy for 12 years and fought in the Falklands and, heaven forbid, the Cod War! (I wish someone would remember that one lol).

Of course we were 'willing to die', otherwise we would have refused to go. Naturally, none of us hoped it would happen to us but, by virtue of the face we went 'willingly', knowing the possible outcome could be terminal, makes us willing.

I've got pictures of me in uniform (from a long time ago) but I guess it would be a bit of a fraud to still use them now

i was in south armagh when the task force went south and served in 1 BR corps facing 3rd 'shock army' from 77, i said it was accepted it was a possibility above but dont agree with the 'willing to die' phrase the OP used..

funny enough i also did 20 plus in another uniform under a blue light where sadly occasionally some never made roll call, and whilst it was again accepted that being a fatality oneself was a possibility i never went into a job with the thought that i was 'willing to die'because basically that sort of mindset would hinder ones thought process and detract from what was needed..

i think that anyone who uses their uniform as their usp needs to look at themselves, i find it only indicates a lack of respect for the uniform when some give it big spuds about it..

maybe in their angst the OP phrased it badly..

1. How do I know? He admitted it!

2. Picked just for uniform? No but I think lying about that is disgusting. I would have still home with him if he said he was an office worker but he actually advertised himself as a soldier. If he just told me he was a civvie who liked role play it would have been fine.

3. Why preference? It's not exclusive but even the British sex survey shows the commonest fetish is people into different professions. Uniforms rate highly and for example nurses. Being a Commando shows a man has masculinity, bravery, great physique, resolve, discipline and quite frankly multiple Alpha Male qualities and massive nuts made of steel. Yes I find that attractive because I'm attracted to masculinity. Plus the uniform is sexy as fuck. If you don't understand what being in the army means it's because you are a civilian ignorant to what military men (and women) actually do and achieve.

4. To those who are trying to compare things, everything is relative. Doesn't mean you shouldn't be pissed off about something just because something can be worse. Just because people get murdered doesn't mean you shouldn't find being mugged despicable.

5. Actually our armed forces do deserve respect. If you don't realise that then there is not much more I can say to you.

6. I'm pretty sure there is a law against impersonating certain professions like police, army, doctor, nurse, lawyer etc while this isn't obviously serious my point is that it's considered very bad legally.

I never had a preference for military guys I just liked tall handsome guys with big dicks but then I met one on a night out. Didn't know what he did when we first exchanged numbers but after I met him again I knew he was in the armed forces. For me it was his accent, even though he was welsh he had like an unusual accent that was lovely and I liked listening to all his experiences. Liked the way he held himself and his attitude. Was told my old uniform was sexy when I worked in a prison was just black trousers white shirt and a G4S fleece!

New job and I can actually wear shorts and t shirt or jogging bottoms, again I have a fleece! Fucking fleeces, think it's the person rather than the uniform.

I do love a soldier uniform, and agree with the OP the uniform is sexy as f**k doesn't mean I'd shag anyone from the armed forces (plus I have a ranking system) and the person is more important than the uniform.

But I like the discipline, the banter, the way they carry themselves and they are fit and strong as well as normally well groomed.

And yes you only have to have a night out in a military town to see that they can be dicks, but it doesn't stop me respecting the work they do in their professional capacity

This morning the head master told me off for being late to teach my class and also for landing my helicopter on the roof, I had to apologise and explain that my astronaut training over ran making me late to put out the fire I was called out to, then I had to rescue the puppies that had strayed into the toilet roll factory so I had to use the helicopter to get to my teaching job.

But it was OK as the telling off was interupting when I had to use my medical skills to help deliver a baby of a passing woman who went into labour sudenly...

I don't know about others but my experience of being in uniform is that in any naval port or garrison town being known to in the services was the kiss of death with the locals.

As soon as we had the chance we ditched our uniforms and headed for places where no one knew we were in the mob and hoped our haircuts didn't give us away.

But then I did my 5 years 207 days between Feb 76 and Nov 82, things could be different today but I doubt it.

There are laws against impersonating certain professions.

However in this case the offence could be rape...

I.E... If two women are in a bar chatting and one tells the other she only sleeps with airline pilots. A guy overhears, approaches them and slips into the conversation that he is an airline pilot. The woman sleeps with him. He is guilty of rape...

So be careful about lying to get someone in to bed...

I think you've just got to focus on the personal attributes that you do like and whether overall you fancy them. The 5 inch cock, billed as 8.5, or the other fantasies people have. Dishonesty overall can just be a major turn-off but weigh them up overall.

Or bring them in for severe punishment. Awol, whilst in lockdown at yours, can be a serious offence.

Perhaps my definition of a sexual assault is different but I don't see that any of those relate to a sexual assault. Perhaps that's because I've been in the very fortunate position of not having dealt with sexual assault so I am maybe naive to it I don't know.

That's what I like about the forums, always something to get you thinking.

The last one could certainly be considered sexual assault. Having sex with someone and not informing them that you have a sexually transmitted infection has been considered assault in the past.

The rest... well... circumstances. A fair few of those, if I knew that thing about them, then I wouldn't have sex with them. Therefore I have given consent under the conditions of a lie - and if I knew the truth I wouldn't have given consent.

It's not ok to lie to have sex with people. And if someone wouldn't have had sex with you if you'd not lied, then I personally believe that's sexual assault.

Why is it a myth, just because you don't know about it doesn't make it a myth!

Obviously the latest well known case was that of Gayle Newland the woman jailed for 8 years for rape.

She pretended to be a man to have sec with a woman...

Maybe you should head up her appeal team on the grounds she was prosecuted under a myth. I'm sure the judge and both legal teams will be devastated to hear that they missed that during their long court case...

People get a romantic notion of being a soldier, they think they can lie about it and no one will know, but the truth is, the romantic version of military service, is quite different to the reality, and that's how they get found out.

Civilians generally don't pick up on little things, like dates and locations, and what regiment, and commanding officer, but thats how these guys get caught, mist ex squadies don't talk about it, in fact it wouldn't surprise me if you work with an ex soldier, and don't even know it, its not that its a secret, its just that they have other things of interest to talk about.

interesting thought though, if someone was in the army, and didn't tell you, would you think that lie was any different, to the guy who said he was but wasn't?

to think if a man fucks a woman for the only reason of him being a pilot or whatever and she claims rape she will be laughed out of court.

6. I'm pretty sure there is a law against impersonating certain professions like police, army, doctor, nurse, lawyer etc while this isn't obviously serious my point is that it's considered very bad legally.

Who told you that myth?

Why is it a myth, just because you don't know about it doesn't make it a myth!

Obviously the latest well known case was that of Gayle Newland the woman jailed for 8 years for rape.

She pretended to be a man to have sec with a woman...

Maybe you should head up her appeal team on the grounds she was prosecuted under a myth. I'm sure the judge and both legal teams will be devastated to hear that they missed that during their long court case... "

oh the old rolly eyes ,i bow to your knowledge

claiming to a wench a shim a him or whatever mix of cock and tits you want to be know as is not the same as 'oh im an astronaut, fancy a shag' 'you are not an astronaut, you ahve raped me' hahaha whoaah there goes a pig flying over my house

1. You are correct. In another thread I said it wasn't acceptable to punch someone in a swingers club in response to someone touching your wife.

2. Those who are TV/TS/TG on this site don't lie about being a woman. They are quite open as to if they are crossdressers or trans individuals. There's no lie.

3. Actually I don't think she would be laughed at by the CPS. I think it would be addressed seriously, if there was a good reason for her to have not wanted to sleep with him if he had be honest.

Thankfully we are moving into an era where more things are considered sexual assault (and not just a compliment), and where things are dealt with through legal systems rather than through violence.

If someone gives you consent due to a lie that you've fed them then that could be considered sexual assault.

Personally I think things like this take away from actual cases of sexual assault or rape.

The problem is, where does a lie become "bad enough"?

- I got an A at A-Levels

- I own a ferrari

- I'm not married

- I'm a famous footballer

- I didn't fuck your Mum

- I don't have a mental illness related to sex

- I've never been to prison for assault

- I've never been convicted of sexual assault

- I don't have HIV

At which point did the lie become serious?"

The last two points

I disagree. I was in the Royal Navy for 12 years and fought in the Falklands and, heaven forbid, the Cod War! (I wish someone would remember that one lol)"

I dont remember the Cod war but i do know about it and knew a number of fisherman in the north east that still went out on their boats in the 80's with shotguns and rifles and with good reason.

Thankyou for your service

With respect , that is absolute rubbish. The sexual offences Act 2003 section 1

(1) A person (A) commits an offence if;

(a) He intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (b) with his penis.

(b) B does not consent to the penetration and

(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

Rape is simply about penetration, consent and the free will to consent.

So somebody sleeps with a person purely because of their apparent social status/occupation and then finds out they're lying about it.

I would personally have no sympathy for them and to kick up a fuss about it makes it look even more embarrassing.

I believe some who are duped this way are so angry with themselves at falling for the bullshit lies, they lash out rather than take it on the chin.

I have had the unfortunate experience of meeting a supposed man i knew at work. If was in the commandos, and he was a vile little coward. He'd mouth off without any regard, spread vile tales, and just as bad if if didnt get his own way, if you stood up to him if folded like the gutless turd he was. Braggedo and talked himself up all the time and slagged others. If you didnt know if was in the commandos.. By fuck he made sure you knew! So not all are as you describe.

This is rubbish. Try to put this into the context of normal daily life. Let's go with a PCSO search of your person. They find something illegal like drugs and then you tell them they have no consent to search you. Would this really hold up in any criminal investigation? Take a seat and consider the connotations of what you are implying.

They can withdraw consent - but they would have to give a good case as to *why* they have withdrawn consent.

"He didn't think I was hot" is not likely to fly with the CPS. "He was (STI) positive" might fly with the CPS.

Only if you can be declared as not being of sound mind and body to give consent at the time of initiating sex. If it's because you've been deceived by somebody based on their occupation, it will not hold up to intense cross-examination in any court.

Something similar was tried in America, albeit he crept into her room whilst she was sleeping and had sex whilst allegedly deceiving her to be the boyfriend, based upon a Californian law in 1872 which criminalised acts such as this, declared as rape by fraud. It was over ruled when the convict took it to appeal. It's a farce if any of these cases ever prosecute.

Whilst it is entirely valid that " consent" can be withdrawn after the event ( for legitimate reasons), there is a borderline between that and simply "changing an opinion , or " I wish I had not done that".....

The burden of proof, as dictated by law and the cps, lies with the prosecution to prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that the defendant has committed the act to which he is being prosecuted. However, does this practice always happen, or is there already a prejudice against a defendant in the dock?

The idea that someone can at one time freely consent, agree to sexual intercourse and then at some point later, withdraw consent is fanciful. How can you possibly withdraw consent for something that has already occurred?

.." A person consents if he or she agrees by choice and has freedom and capacity to make that choice. Therefore if the person does not have any real choice in the matter, or their choice is not genuine exercise of their free will then they have not consented".

Reasons why consent cannot be given might be for eg

if the person was asleep

If the person was incapacitated due to drink or drugs

If the person was being held against their will

If the person was in fear of her assailant.

It would be a foolish man who knobs someone whilst they are asleep. Similarly, it would be a foolish man who would go home with a d*unken woman and then have sex with her ..and yet people do it all the time every weekend. A d*unk cannot reasonably be considered as being able to consent. No consent=rape,,simples..

Exactly the point I was trying to make. Although a PCSO does not have the same powers as a regular police officer. Unless they have changed in the recent years.

6. I'm pretty sure there is a law against impersonating certain professions like police, army, doctor, nurse, lawyer etc while this isn't obviously serious my point is that it's considered very bad legally.

With respect , that is absolute rubbish. The sexual offences Act 2003 section 1

(1) A person (A) commits an offence if;

(a) He intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (b) with his penis.

(b) B does not consent to the penetration and

(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.

Rape is simply about penetration, consent and the free will to consent.

If A tells a lie and B consents based on that lie, B may reasonably withdraw their consent after penetration has happened.

This is where the waters muddy though isn't it? Removal of consent after the event? What is to stop a person crying rape simply because they are embarrassed by the other party not being as in to them as they are etc? Where does the burden of proof lie?

The burden of proof, as dictated by law and the cps, lies with the prosecution to prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that the defendant has committed the act to which he is being prosecuted. However, does this practice always happen, or is there already a prejudice against a defendant in the dock?

I was a juror on a rape case and the very in depth discussions we had were all about avoiding a guilty result because we couldnt be totally sure he was guilty."

Thank you for the insight. It is appreciative to hear of the experiences some people have with regards to jury service.

This is rubbish. Try to put this into the context of normal daily life. Let's go with a PCSO search of your person. They find something illegal like drugs and then you tell them they have no consent to search you. Would this really hold up in any criminal investigation? Take a seat and consider the connotations of what you are implying.

You can not consent to a search by police. There must be legal grounds to search you.

If a police officer had legal grounds to search you, they can detain you for the purpose of search and if necessary search you by force...

There is no concent for you to withdraw...

Exactly the point I was trying to make. Although a PCSO does not have the same powers as a regular police officer. Unless they have changed in the recent years. "

If the PCSO lied to you that they had a power to search you, the drugs offences would probably be thrown out of court if it ever got that far.

Although it would be under totally different legislation to rape, you only let them search you as they mis-lead you into thinking it was correct.

You wouldn't let a random stranger go through your pockets unless they either had a knife to you or deceived you into thinking that they had a lawful power to do so...

I believe there is a misunderstanding between our points. Taken from the Nottinghamshire PCSO pamphlet and taken out of table format. A PCSO can ask you for the consent to search your person, please see the relevant PCSO stop and search pamphlets in order to corroborate. That is why I made the point of withdrawal of consent after the fact. They can also ask for your consent to search alcohol or alcoholic containers and tobacco or cigarette papers. It goes onto confirm other stop and search powers they may have to utilise but most of which will be irrelevant to the current notion.

Right, sorry, I get what you are saying now.

As far as I can tell, they have powers to search under 18's for alcohol, tabacco and papers. As you say they also have other limited powers of search.

I can't find anything about asking consent...

So if an under 18 was searched for alcohol and drugs were found, that would be tough luck as they can seize the drugs...

Obviously anyone can ask to search you, like anyone can ask you to hop on one leg...

Quite a few companies use this, they try to make you think they have more rights and powers, like security and bailiffs...

However this is still different from using deception to obtain sextet.

Yes, the drugs will be seized and they then have power to detain and search further of illegal substances are found. I understand that deception is different but I was trying to compare the withdrawal of consent being a nonsensical ideology after the act has happened. Unless the circumstances as previous posters have elaborated.

I've thoroughly enjoyed this to and fro with regards to this subject. Thank you

I know. I get inundated by women in maid's or nurse's uniforms and I feel so cheated when it turns out they're just hairdressers or nail technicians dressed up

After 24 years in the Infantry I do get a good pension. More lasting reminders are fucked up knees and upper back from carrying a bergen which use to weigh a ton.

Anyone who has done the job knows there is nothing to brag about.

Good on them who join up. Its a great life but once you get to middle age you realise it has left its mark. Either physically or in many cases mentally.

All these Walt's need a good slap.

If someone advertises themselves to me as forces or ex forces, I generally feel the need to mildly interrogate to ensure we never served together. Really don't want "Is that you Ma'am? You've changed a bit" "
