Mine has lost connection with the smart monitor, this has happened a few times now since it was installed a little while ago, and when I toped up online the credit was not added to the meter, normally if this happens you would punch your top up code into the monitor,
this time I could not do that, so if you go to the gas meter you can press the red button A twice and then you get the option to add a top up code, what I didn't know is once you type in the last number you then have to press and hold the black button B for a few seconds till the display goes back to normal showing you how much credit you have. Thought I was going to be running out of gas tonight ha ha, engineer needs to come sort out the problem at a latter date.
