Or the variation of that when you enter the Doctor's room and he/she asks, "What can I do for you today?"

"I'm ill Doc!" DUH!

Or at A&E, where the Doc or Nurse will listen to your problem and then press on, poke, twist, pull etc on the affected area and then as you leap vertically 20' in the air in agony, ask the Dumb question.... "Does that hurt?"
