Lots of bourbon drinkers in this thread. While we still like Jack Daniels there are some really fantastic bourbons out there. Evan Williams Single Barrell is without doubt the best. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

"I'm a Scot, working in the Hospitality industry, have run pubs & been a Licensee but despite all that, I'm Teetotal! Work that out?"
A pat on your back mate especially in the hospitality industry and pub game , so many of my friends have gone the other way in running pubs |

Wine, any wine.
Cider, any cider.
Southern Comfort.
Those little cans of booze, any of them.
Whiskey, any will do.
Port.
Dubonet
Etc etc
You get the picture, i love booze. It helps to deaden the pain and helps me to sleep. Also i like the taste.
I also love hot chocolate.

I used to brew ma own cider and bitter, but don't have room in this flat. If I go to the pub I like a decent real ale. At home I drink cider and the only time I touch spirits is at Xmas when I get a bottle of JD and a bottle of Sambuca. Occasionally I'll get a bottle of Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon |

When you come up, you'll have to come on the train. I only live 2 mins from the station and there's loads of pubs nearby |
