Just been with my Daughter for another interview at University which went really well, got home and she has had an offer from another she went to, 2 offers so far and I'm a very happy proud father at the moment  |

I went to parents evening last week and the teacher was heaping so much praise on him for focus and effort (being lacking it the last year). He's very bright but did not have a good teacher last year and completely switched off - so frustrating as he's really bright. His Mum and I were both speechless and over the moon.
I've just been for an interview for a job for the first time in 7years (have been working) and it went really well. So yes I'm happy too.
'Kids', no matter how old they are, have the ability to make you pull your hair out one minute and burst with pride the next. It's just a bloody long roller coaster. Many congratulations to you both. A moment to savour. |

Yes really proud and leaked a few tears, I promised her a shopping trip if she got offered a place and some extra if she was offered more than one so the weekend is going to cost me now |
