Why do you ladies avoid us like the plague ? Seems every other profile I come across strictly points out no Asians. Is there a bad rep amongst the swinging scene where Asians are concerned ? All I'm trying to do is find a nice lady or two but this is making it very difficult.

I think it's a cultural thing .

Recent media exposure doesn't help your cause .

We have played with some really nice Asian guys , but also had some less pleasant experiences with some of the less pleasant Asian guys , especially in clubs .

There seems to be a tendency for some of them to feel entitled to do as they please , and a bit too aggressive and selfish to be honest .

OP, your profile says you are very choosy and very picky. Do you feel the need to explain and justify your preferences?

Why expect it of other people?

There have been a few of these threads in the past and it's all down to personal preferences. From what I recall, there are quite a lot of women/couples on fab that like Asian males, so maybe you just have to look harder.

If I don't find any, I jog on. Take from this as you wish. 'Nuff said!

It's not racist to find certain traits unappealing sexually.

Some people might genuinely be racist and not want to meet for that, but it won't be that many people (if any).

You only ever see people moaning about certain traits being unattractive for 2 resons/

1. that's the only option offered to them and they can't find what they want.

2. when they're the ones being considered unattractive, so that rules them out and they can't find what they want.

They would talk down to me, demoralise. me and were just generally rude.

I know you shouldn't taint all with the same brush but it has made me dwell uncomfortable around asian men

As a black man, I welcome the "no black guys" tag line, it saves a lot of time messaging someone who has no intention if meeting you because if the colour if your skin.

And its not a racist thing, I've been messaged and had some great conversations with people who have had this on their profile, and they were very polite and respectful, I am more concerned by women who.message me and only want to talk about their live if black cock, I'm more than that, and I expect to be treated as such

I don't avoid Asian guys but I am aware that the feeling in clubs/saunas is that if a guy is disrespectful he's probably Asian.

I've played with some really hot,fun Asian guys.

I've had a few guys who have been nasty/disrespectful to me or my wife. Each time they have been Asian. I've never had an issue with anyone else.

The laws of attraction aren't democratic. People are attracted to what they're attracted to. It's basically as simple as that.

Although , some have an almost antagonist way of articulating those preferences which points to prejudice, irrespective, they're (as everyone is) entitled to their preferences .

it's not always necessarily indicative of n ethnophobic conspiracy.

Maybe it just comes down to the caveman theory, more people could be put off due to experience because they see or come across some asian lads who probably behaved like horny cave men and probably did not behave themselves. If you really think about it too there are always more then enough reasons why people would be put off be it manners/things in common/cultural stuff/attraction etc etc and some people probably would see it as as a step down in class or beneath them so probably go for men who better suit and satisfy their attraction and personality needs as opposed to men who they probably see who have the behaviour and social skills/mannerism of a Neanderthal with an erection. Be happy anyway OP there is still always a few who do like life is too short it is what it is....

It's simply our preference.

We like a lot of other people have either been victim or witness to behavioural antics, ie the time me and an ex were in Abfab and a group of Asian guys started grabbing my exes hair to try pull her head towards their cock for a blow job all the while trying to push me out the way.

And the attitude given that as it's a sex club all the women are there for their benefit.

The trouble is it's the usual minority ruining it for the majority.

OK, both your points here mean the same thing. And no, that's not really that.

It's because white cannot experience the systematic and institutionalised racism that exists towards people who are not white.

It's like people who don't have uteri telling people with period pains "Oh it's not that bad, why are you complaining? People are dying in wars every day, just calm down!"

Racism against Asian people exists in our society. It's not unreasonable to wonder if lazy stereotypes play a part in people's swinging choices.

Not wanting to have sex with an Asian person is not racism!!!

Not giving a job to an Asain person because he or she is Asian, is. Just as not giving a job to someone over 50 is ageism but not so if someone doesn't want sex with over 50s, no matter how young they look

Nope.

Both are racism.

And you, as someone who cannot experience the effects of racism, don't actually get to tell the victims of racism what is and isn't racism.

Why because white people don't have racism against them or because racism is only one way?

OK, both your points here mean the same thing. And no, that's not really that.

It's because white cannot experience the systematic and institutionalised racism that exists towards people who are not white.

It's like people who don't have uteri telling people with period pains "Oh it's not that bad, why are you complaining? People are dying in wars every day, just calm down!""

Ah so when I used to get left at the depot at work because the two Asian guys didn't want to work with the white man (their words not mine) that wasn't racism.

Your comment alone is very offensive towards white people but I suppose that's fine because I cannot get offended?

Why isn't their race being mentioned?

That's racial prejudice, but it's not racism.

When were you 78% less likely to get a job and 8x more likely to be arrested because of your race?

No one is saying you can't get offended because it's obviously happening right now.

See, white people are allowed to have "preferences" and it's "not racism" but as soon as racism is pointed out, white little get really mad and make it all about them.

Interesting views. Mostly racism being justified as its 'our preference'. I can understand if it genuinely is a preference but I don't think that is the case. I can also understand stereotyping has an effect also. Everyone is different and we should all respect that first and foremost. Anyway if you like what you see here drop me a line!

Btw nobody is playing the race card here. That would imply we are inferior in some way. All I was asking was why there was a dislike for Asian men in here, maybe it was down to preferences generally or something more specific like racism or stereotyping. Unfortunately Seems like in most cases it is the latter but that's understandable as there is a large representation of uneducated , benefit seeking, chav mentality people on here from what I have seen typical of those who are most likely to be racist

In my experience (because I have an interest in racial oppression and how it intersects with other forms of oppression, and how that is reflected in the poly/kink/swinging scene) it comes down to poor stereotypes of people.

"Black men have big cocks"

"Oriental women are subservient"

"Indian men don't treat women very well"

"Japanese men have small penises"

This stereotypes might be loosely based on historical 'fact'. Japanese men might statistically have 0.25" smaller penises than White British men. Black men might have half inch bigger penises than Japanese men. Whatever.

And historically many people may have believed that they have encountered asshole Indians, or subservient Chinese women, or whatever.

But there's something called confirmation bias. It's like, my Granddad thought women were rubbish drivers. So every time he saw a rubbish woman driver he would point it out, because it confirmed his world view that women were rubbish drivers. He wouldn't point out that men were rubbish drivers, because he thought that men were great drivers. If I pointed out that a man was a rubbish driver he would come up with an excuse for them as to why they were probably rubbish. Thus his 'observations' backed up his idea that women were rubbish drivers, and he couldn't see beyond that.

The same is true when it comes to "Indian men are assholes to women" or whatever. You have been told that stereotype exists. Properly by someone who was properly racist. Or possibly you saw some statistic on some right-leaning TV show that wanted to paint all Muslims to be evil wife beaters who shouldn't come over here and take our jobs. (BTW, Not all "Asians" are Muslim, and some Muslim's have matrilineal societies where women hold the power).

And the problem is, that once you have been told that Indian men don't treat women very well, you will look out for confirmation that supports your world view. So it doesn't matter that last year dozens, or even hundreds of women died or were seriously injured at the hands of their white domestic abusers, you will remember instead the small handful of stories that involved "Asians" - because that resonates with your world view. It's confirmation bias - and you can go and head academic articles about how confirmation bias affects your life. And if you want to, you can start to unpick those prejudices that are based on nothing more than stereotypes and approach your life with a much more open mind.

And yeah, I do understand that some people just aren't attracted to certain types of people. I can't remember the last time I had sex with a blonde man, for example. But I wouldn't write 'No Blondes!' gleefully on my profile just because I don't find them attractive. And I feel like I'd be a bit closed-minded if I would reject a man just because he was blonde without seeing what was on offer.

To write off a whole race of people just because of the colour of their skin seems as crazy to me as writing "No Blondes!" on my profile. Like, you might not have found a black man attractive in the past (Oh except Idris Elba - because he's so British he pretty much counts as white, right?) but you might find a black guy attractive in the future.

There *are* racist undertones - even if unintentional - to saying "No blacks" or "No Indians", because most of the time that statement comes from a place of ignorant stereotyping. And to be honest, I do find it kind of unacceptable to write "No blacks" on your profiles. Consider rephrasing it "Whites only" and see if that makes a difference. Because it doesn't *usually* come down to skin colour. My Gypsy partner (Gypsies have Indian origin and very dark, swarthy skin) is often approach by people who have "no indians" written on their profile - because they see him as being 'white', even though he is darker in skin tone than Indians from at least half of India (because yeah - some Indians have very pale skin, and some have almost black skin).

I have no doubt that some people do not find anything other than pinky-white skin attractive. Certainly I have a weakness for ginger men with their pinky nipples and pale skin tones. But that really is quite a rarity - and is far more rare than the proliferance of "No Indians" and "No black" signs on profiles. Most people who write those words are just quite simply racists. Even if they're being racist unintentionally.

As always, you started it; oh, but hang on, you can start it because you are non-White; I get it now. Well done

Back to preference vs racism. Not finding people with flat noses of slant eyes or dark skin or whatever other feature is not racism; it is a preference. Just as some Orientals and Indians don't find people with White features appealing; that too is not racism; that too is a preference

Grow up and learn to live with it

Me i always thought Fab represented a cross section of society...apart from one thing.

NO Asian females or very few..in my time on here i doubt i've ever come across any.in my opinion i think this is a culture thing...and i also believe that a lot of the asian men on here are playing away from home

But i've come across lots of profiles from white girls/couples say bbc only...does that make them raciest..i think not...it a preference.

I do suspect the reason the OP has post because hes been turned down by someone.

"Exactly so surely it's not down to preference. Seems like black people are accepted and Asians are not. i think its down to stereotypes and generalisation. I love women of all races and shapes. I wouldn't discount any particular ethnicity "

And your wife ?

Why oh why do people put up these bitching threads,

Why would one want to have sex with someone who finds your complexion a turn off. It doesn't make them racists, I've know woman who say that they would never play with white guys, never had and they never will. May I add that these are white woman.

Just because they've stated it out loud in there profile, just saves everyone's time.

Do I get offensive when on a profile it states

"cock no less than 11inc long and the girth of a cock can"

Hell yes, but I don't bitch about it, I just keep doing my morning exercises and hopefully one day I'll get there

Personally I think that is the fetishisation of race and is actually rather racist. Lots of black men often confide that they struggle to find people who are interested in them beyond a racial stereotype of having a big penis. And in our communities we often ostracise and emasculate black men who *don't* have a big penis.

So yes, I also think that is institutional racism, but for a slightly different reason. (There is a great article on the website Everyday Feminism about one authors feelings about the fetishisation of the subservience of "Oriental" women that deals with these topics - it's a good read.)

"Why do you ladies avoid us like the plague ? Seems every other profile I come across strictly points out no Asians. Is there a bad rep amongst the swinging scene where Asians are concerned ? All I'm trying to do is find a nice lady or two but this is making it very difficult. "

I don't meet Asian guys off here

I do meet a Asian guys semi regular though

It's not that I don't like Asian guys, well some I don't but you can say that about any group of people

I just don't do cold meets with them

I could say why but I've been on here long enough to know it would start a riot so I'll keep that to myself

"OP, your profile says you are very choosy and very picky. Do you feel the need to explain and justify your preferences?

Why expect it of other people?

Because if you have nothing to hide you should be happy to explain yourself.

What a load of absolute crap.

It's a case of my preferences are ok but yours don't suit me so they aren't."

Not really, but I would be happy to tell anyone why my preferences are as they are without hiding behind "it is my reference, stop bothering me"

"Asian? What is Asian?

It's the worlds largest continent with a population of over 4 billion people and contains over 40 countries including China and Israel!

"

It is what ever I need it to be so I can decide that entire groups of people are the same simply because they look similar.

I only wish there were more women of ethnic origin on fab especially here in Scotland and the reason behind saying ethnic origin is because of the diversity of people living in the UK stretches worldwide from every continent and i would love to experience the world of women from every continent all shapes, sizes and shades of colour from milk bottle white to black as coal and every shade of pink and brown inbetween.

Not really any input on actual question from op other than move to Glasgow and let's share your wife

"Shame not more Asian women on fab...asian over white girls anyday.

Shame not more White men on fab...white over asian men anyday.

The first comment was NOT racist; that was a preference

The second comment IS racist because it states a preference for White people

Great reductive statements there, that show no real understand of what racism is.

Ah ha ha ha ha ha! Really? Kindly point out where I called you "really thick" or anything equivalent? Nice try.

And I can't believe you ACTUALLY said "slant eyes". WOW.

Looks like this is a case of block and ignore forever. Lol.

Bless you.

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

Race, creed, colour, age, height, sexual orientation and any other category I couldn't be bothered to list make no difference to who we choose to meet...Attractiveness (Yes we're shallow) and personality dictate our responses and nothing else. If either of us don't see/feel an attraction then it's not going to happen.

On a side note about white people not knowing what it feels like to be racially abused, I spent six months working in a very 'Scottish' part of Scotland with a team of German technicians and along with the usual slurs aimed at them about the Hitler and the war I was subjected to constant overt racism from quite a few (By no means all) of the local workforce. Did it make me go all ranty and think all Scots are the same? No it didn't but I did used to think quite often "What a narrow minded twat". I also think that about us white folks too...But such is life, we all have likes and dislikes and people should just accept that and get on with their own lives.
