I tend to do this weird thing where I fuck around with my hair a lot. People who have met me might notice it - Marc tends to tap my arm to remind me to stop.
I think I should really try to break the habit this year. Not sure how successful I'll be, though. ..

Ah I used to bite my nails all the time too! It was between the ages of about 8-14 though, used to chew them instead of cutting them, ugh. Can't even imagine chewing them now. I've no idea what made me stop - I just remember about half a year later thinking "oh, I used to compulsively chew my nails, haven't in ages". So i'm no help on the advice front!
Other than that, i'm trying to lose a stone or two since I've been putting weight on lately, and eating less is hard  I get through most of the day then just end up having a binge later on.
And masturbating less often... feels much better with a few days in between! Too much info, hah. |

The first week is insanely difficult. It gets increasingly easier after that. Stick with it.
Give it a month and it'll be much easier. |

I think they call this a comforter as when Iam at home or in bed I rub my feet together lol it's just like a little child with a Blanket or sucking their thumb xx
And playing with your hair I can imagine to look very sexy x |
