Forget about the weather and how to make a cup of tea. I think the way to wind up a British person is to tell them how much Freddos are.

I've even heard teenagers complain about the price.

I know aren't they like 25p now! Wham bars are 20p

I remember the days when a fiver would get you 10 lambert and butler, curry sauce and chips, DVD from the video shop, couple of freddo's, can of and couple of wham bars and some frazzles.

we bought a box of 90 for £4 at Halloween from Farmfoods but they had popping candy in them,they were vile

Sounds like the perfect night in, minus the L+B's that is. I used to love going down to the video shop, we'd spend hours reading the back covers, much more of an event than just sticking on a movie on sky. The good old days eh
