Yes, I know it's late but I haven't got round to breakfast yet.
I'm uhming and ahhing.
I can't decide whether to play it safe and go for a vanilla toffee smoothie or take a gamble on something new with spinach, avocado and a few other ingredients.
I've been playing it very safe with my new Nutri Thingy so far. Could today be the day to be a bit more adventurous?
Or am I going to end up making something gross that makes me heave? |

I finally got brave and tried the green smoothie thing this evening.
Yuck. Disgusting.
Threw in some pineapple, (which took it over my allowed carb limit). Slightly sweeter and still revolting.
I ended up chucking in artificial sweetener just to be able to drink it
It's filling, which is good. It has nutrients in it, which is good. But, it would be better if it was actually drinkable!
This might take some practice |

"Have a boiled egg. "
I'm trying to get more green stuff into my diet.
If the egg gets to the green stage, I'm, frankly, not keen!
I had to eat an apple to take the taste of the smoothie away!
It's borderline but if I'd blended cold sick with rancid cum it may have resulted in a more pleasant beverage! |

I do cucumber, an apple, a couple of lumps frozen spinach or kale, a lemon (minus the skin, obvs) a chunk of fresh ginger and almond milk. The ginger and lemon seem to hide that vegetabley taste and the frozen spinach/kale doesn't seem to be as overpowering anyway, and makes it nice and cold which helps.
