What gets me about that is what happened to the nephew, no physical evidence yet still went down for it.

Yeah i felt the same way. Was shocked what happened to the nephew. I can see both sides for Steven's case but still think he didnt do it i dont think either of them did it.

All because of the wrongful imprisonment and the risk of being sued for 36 million, I'm pretty sure the sheriff dept are behind it all, the prosecution guy said so much before the trial, he had already turned the media against them.

You'll be shouting at the TV, it's just wrong.

Don't go looking at the other threads or start googling it

It's a Netflix Original program, so you're not going to see it elsewhere (unless it's coming out in a box set)

I watched this and just got angry all the way through! Feel so sorry for Brendan as its clear he doesn't have the mental capacity to realise he's being manipulated by the police. I don't think that Steven did it either. It's a disgrace that his life has been ruined

You should be able to find it on the internet somewhere!

It is very compelling, more so for what happens to the nephew than Steven Avery. I would like to say such a travesty couldn't happen here.

I have no idea about this show or case, the name rings a bell though.

I don't do tv really but I'll try to find more out about this, sounds interesting.

I'm afraid that is something we will never be able to say. There has been cases of miscarriage of justice throughout the judicial system's history. One such man served 27 years for a murder he didn't commit and on a few occasions, if I recall correctly, DNA evidence was pushed aside it was later brought up post conviction. However, due to UK law and how closed the judicial system is about the evidence chain and trials, it will never be revealed in a manner such as Making a Murderer.
