Stop looking at technology and light - the blue light part of the spectrum will stimulate your brain. In the evening your body produces melatonin, which helps initiate and sustain sleep.
Blue light stops the hormone melatonin being produced. Minimize lights, tv, computers, mobile phones etc. |
