Always keep the last one on a group of messages something to look back on, either see where I went wrong or in another case, because the person sending the messages is a particularly good friend |

On here no, but my closest friends from here also have my mobile number and I hardly ever delete any messages from my mobile. So much easier to manage etc that there's no need to |

"I'd think it weird if someone kept my messages
Why would it be weird? If you wrote something nice and the recipient wants to keep it.
" don't know. Can't think of anything they would say to make me keep something. I'm in a relationship so wouldn't be lovey docey stuff |

I usually don't delete the last message in a conversation just so I can read the conversation thread (or sometimes so Marc can read it if it is concerning us both).
I only save messages that have information in them for a party or something so I don't lose it or accidentally delete it.

I don't really, if it was a nice message I can just remember what it said. I tend to just keep the most recent message in a conversation while it's still 'active' so I can see the thread back if I want to, or if there is information about when or where I'm meeting someone. |

This for me too, helps me to refresh my memory |

A few saved from Face Pic Friday and the like. And one or two special messages have been saved for posterity too.
But most days I'll do a 'delete all' on both sent and received messages unless I'm about to meet someone and the meet details are on the thread |
