I've heard people talk about primark stockings, now yesterday I went in a primark to look round and I bought some over the knee socks and some thickish Aran tights (reduced from £3 to £1) so I thought doesn't matter if they are no good at that price.
Well they fit bloody lovely so my question is are the stockings and normal tights as good (didn't like the bras and knickers) as it would be worth me buying in bulk when I go near one. Oh NY stockings I mean holdups |

I think people focus too much on price ....if I haven't paid a fortune it must be rubbish ...I've bought loads from primary and can't fault the quality ...clothes and hold ups ...top tip ...when wearing holdups dab the elastic at the top with a few drops of water and they won't budge |

the hold ups I'm wearing in my profile pic are from primark and they fit really well, and don't fall down like some brands that you would pay a lot more for!
their 80 and 100 denier lycra tights also fit me really well, especially with a 35'' inside leg... no saggy gussets here |

I've got tights, hold ups and stockings from primark and they're just as good as anywhere else. I do also buy m&s holdups as they're a bit thicker and great for winter, plus they cover up the horrible vein in my knee lol! |

As I'm known as a bit of a 'Nora Batty' I find it difficult to find hold ups that stay in place. Will finds it hilarious x
Primark ones - almost every lady on fab has a pic wearing the same type! - stay up throughout EVERYTHING! Lol
I've worn them to work, played in them, clubbed in them - and all for £3 a pair. Used to buy Anne Summers at £8 - if they lasted the night, they certainly didn't last a wash!

"They're cheap, cheerful & do the job pretty well. I just find they don't last as long as M&S ones.
I'd love M&S to do some fancy patterned ones! "
Yeah that would be good I do think their lacey topped hold ups are pretty. |

I prefer Jasper Conran stockings and I've had a pair for about 3 years and they look great. Admittedly the same stockings are not worn regularly but I still find they are a better buy than buying lots of cheap pairs. |

" I was paying between £20 and £25 for a pair of stockings then when I lost weight I got some jasper conran ones and didn't like them bought three pairs at once and they are not a good fit. In fact the last pair are still in the box
