I think it's option (b).

Her laugh is annoying too.

Her attempt at a joke about too many french tarts in shops didn't get many laughs from the audience, then she just laughed loudly herself to try and cover it up.

Just used wiki to see what shes been up to for the last decade and discovered she has an obe, these honours don't mean a thing do they
