Tea and or/coffee? :P
And how do you all take it or them?
As for me, I love tea and coffee equality - a good strong, roast coffee in the filter in the morning and right now I'm drinking more green teas and rooibos teas in the afternoon and evening.

Hmmmmn, good coffee, strong but white on a morning.
Cup of boiling water, 3-4 dunks of a Yorkshire tea bag, no milk on an afternoon..
Then beer.....then repeat. Lol |

Black earl grey or builders tea with 1.5-2.5 sugars depending. Although I never know if it's too much until it's made xD
Coffee is a rarity. I don't like black coffee but I don't really like milky stuff. And I can never be bothered to buy lactofree milk so fuck coffee.
Used to take a flask of coffee to college with me though |

"I can't drink coffee. It gives me the collywobbles.
I have a large mug of builders tea first thing then at work I'll drink green, yellow, or chai tea,"
Yeah if I am having a relaxed day I tend to ease off on the coffee. I recently bought some yellow tea recently - and chai is wonderful, especially when the weather is brisk.
Out of interest, seeing as you are from York, do you buy from the tea shop on the shambles? |

"I buy beans and grind my own coffee, the stronger the better with just a touch of milk!
by complete contrast I drink green tea "
Oooo nice - I'd love to do that. Do you buy from a roastary in North Wales or just get Taylors of Harrogate beans for example? |

Coffee has to be filter and black, apart from weekends when I'm off healthy eating and have it with whole milk. Coffee is morning drink. Afternoon is normal tea. Has to be strong with a small amount of milk. Evening is green tea .....or wine |

I bought a coffee machine & went off coffee!
I like strong Yorkshire Tea with milk & sugar. I'm trying to be good though & replace the 1st cuppa of the day with hot water & lemon. |

Depends on the type of tea and coffee.
Black teas are the most caffine rich, but I think you have to drink more tea to get the same volume as coffee. |

I'm trying to cut down on coffee and limit myself to 2-3 (white, no sugar).
After midday I either drink builders (white, occasionally with half a spoon as a treat), Earl Grey (black) or green tea.
Thanks for asking. |

"Never been a coffee fan but just back from Vietnam where it's sublime. Pisses all over anything from coffee chain shops here.
They take it strong with condensed milk. Ruddy amazing stuff "
I've had it at a pop up Vietnamese stall in Leeds, indeed it is bloody good. |

Tea, milk no sugar.
I have noticed that more people these days drink neither. I usually notice this when I invite them to my house and I have no alternative. Occasionally squash might be suggested, but since I am not a child, I do not carry it. Even my seven year old drinks tea or milk at my house. |

Black tea has the same amount of caffeine as coffee gram for gram, but you need a lot less tea than coffee to make a decent cup. |

I get them from pact coffee, and just grind as I need them as that keeps the coffee tasting fresher |

For me it's a good strong cup of tea with breakfast then a cup of good coffee mid morning. Followed a cup of decaf tea when I get home. I discovered if tea decaf in the evening I sleep better. |

In the morning, coffee with whole milk and sugar.
When I get home for lunch, coffee with whole milk and sugar.
When I get home from work, coffee with whole milk and sugar.
Before bed, coffee with whole milk and sugar.
Alway filter coffee. Preferably, but not necessarily, flavored.

Cant remember the details but apparently there is something else in tea that changes the way the caffeine works.
Personally love PG tips, white no sugar and Assam for a treat though that can give me palpitations. |

Love the smell of coffee but can't drink the stuff. Love tea but when people keep the tea bag in when they put the milk in actually gives me the major bolk x |
