If it's been a "proper" mentally and physically fulfilling session then I'm relaxed for days and content for even longer.
If it's just been a shirt session then that just gets me hornier and more desperate, which takes me ages to calm down from. |

If the fuller quality is right it can leave me satisfied for a good long time. I've noticed that some 'grazing' occurs at places, seemingly where people are on a hunt for variety and quantity - I steer clear of this generally, as it can feel like you're part of an all you can eat buffet.
So I'd need more pronto if partners deliver little pleasure. |
