Right now I'm watching Life After Suicide and feeling sad for the people who are in pain because someone they knew was in so much mental pain they had to end their lives.

I always honour the anniversaries of friends who have taken their lives.
Knowing I would leave people I love in this pain helps keep me alive but I know that when my own mental pain gets too much that view gets skewed to thinking they would be better off without me.

suicide shouldnt be happening or have happened  i have also lost quite a few friends due to suicide and family members
there really does need to be more help available when it comes to mental health |
