I did have a rather spectacular large German sausage with a jolly Chu at a Christmas market.
Though for me I am a jolly traditional chap

Faggots and chips?! Instead of proper butcher's shop faggots with peas, mash and gravy?! That's it, I am staying this side of the bridge where a chippy does things proper. |
