I trapped a nerve in my neck last week anyone got any tips how I can get rid of it and ease the pain?
I'm currently laid on a head pad and taking cocodamol, brufen, and naproxen it's driving me crazy now. |

poor you! i have one in my spine...very painful..be really careful with the cocodamol, see if you can replace some daytime ones with plain paracetemol, codeine can be addictive quite quickly...i'd go back to the doc's as soon as you can if it doesnt ease within a few days...ask him about low dose, short term course of amitryptiline....hope you feel beter soon! |

Sleep as much as you can..
Alternate between hot an cold compress... Cold no more than 15 mins and hot no more than an hour.
Ask doctor for an ibuprofen gel
