Not for kids, but for all you tired parents out there: "Go the fuck to Sleep" by Adam Mansbach.
Brilliant read by Samuel L Jackson (available on You Tube) |

Ace I love reading stories to my nieces and nephews. Reading, sharing a book with a child is one of the best things ever |

'Guess how much I love you ' was the first book I bought our grandson and read it to him every day for the first 3 months. Then I found Room on the Broom and it's now the book he brings out to read when he comes to stay . Love reading with him. Mrs J. |

"It's written by two lads out of mcfly "
Tom and Dougie wrote the series. Nice lads too my daughter met them both at a book signing last year and got herself into Tom's vlog that day. She was a happy lady |

I love anything by Roald Dahl, read most of them to my daughter, always doing different voices for each character. His more grown up books are brilliant too.
His best is a short one he did for the Dyslexia Society called The Vicar of Nibbleswick. It'll make any child laugh cause of the rude words. |

Little Mac's favourite when she was little was 'Monkey Puzzle' by Julia Donaldson. Unfortunately they way it's written you have no choice but to sing it. If anyone has heard me sing you'll know it's a painful experience.
These days she reads Walliams and Dahl to me not the other way around. |

I'll check it out.
For me it's The Sneechers' by Dr Seuss. A great moral that we are all equal. |
