Who makes my day depends on the day. I don't really have favourite forum posters, although there are a few I respect, a few I usually find funny and a few I avoid as far as possible.
Pretty much everyone can write great posts sometimes.
Diamond Joe's are usually entertaining. I like funky monkey's and Tina's for the same reason. I miss Ryan for this reason.
I like people who tell it like they see it, regardless of who agrees or doesn't agree, (Scarlet Stars, Goddess Bastet, Miss_tress, Granny Crumpet, to name just a few).
I like interesting people who post on diverse subjects and make me think, like Lickety.
Ruby Woo and Wasp Hunter are good at getting their point across clearly and even when I don't agree with them, I can usually see their point of view.
I like Courtney because she's always so calm, even when she's posting about wanting to scream
Thenidan's food porn is usually good too.
I can't possibly name everyone whose posts I enjoy. |

Sat on the fence here (in a refreshing change from the norm) but everyone who posts makes the forums the eclectic place that it is.
So rather than tick off a roll call of the usual suspects then can I name and thank everyone who contributes as my joint faves

This is not a good place to look for validation in my opinion.
I'm confident in aspects of myself and lacking in confidence in others, but nothing anyone here says will change that. Even if they could, it would be superficial sugar coating or a temporary dent. Real confidence comes from within and it's up to everyone to find their own.
This place can be a temporary crutch for some and sometimes it catalyses change but I don't think anyone seeking validation will ultimately find what they need from others here. |

I'm doing the opposite. I won't usually name names on these threads because they just become a popularity content and a sycophantic compilation of who is trying to get into whose pants.
I made an exception today. It's difficult to name people though because I enjoy so many posts by so many people. For every person I name, I'm bound to miss several others. |

I was intending it to be a short visit and not to hang around but I'm enjoying being back too, for now.

I've been on here long enough to know not to let anyone get under my skin. I avoid contentious threads, especially those involving politics & religion, and just pick the lighthearted ones trying to inject a little humour along the way

I wouldn't say I have particular favourites. It depends on the thread too. There are the odd one or two that I might look out for as we seem to have very similar thoughts.
There are those that offer good advice, those that are humorous, grumpy etc. A good mixed bunch. |

Someone said they are always negative. They said simething like there's no point in just adding yet another "yes" post, they added something different. So I took that as not necessarily negative just an alternate view.
I like people that make me see things differently. Everyone does that (for me) at some point. |

I like mostly everyone for their own reasons.
Some really make me laugh. These are the ones whose posts I tend to seek out most.
Some give awesome advice and are always there for new posters or the unsure.
Some give their honest opinion regardless of how it will be viewed.
Some are great to talk politics with and are really well informed.
Some I love to disagree and debate with because they can really hold their own.
And others, in addition to their great posts, offer up some great pictures to look at.
There's plenty more but I might be here all day....
