Did it just go on it's own ? Mine did the first time but it took about 7 weeks. I've seen the epley manoeuvre on YouTube so am going to try it tonight, but I know it's going to make me feel terrible |

Try Cawthorne Cooksey Exercises. It will settle but can take a while. Every episode should settle quicker than the previous one. YOur GP can give you medication for nausea. |
