Hi, I would love to wear stockings or hold ups to work instead of tights, but I just can get hold ups to stay up, worse some of the ones with silicone at the top to dinner last night and spent the whole time fixing them and worrying about them.
I'm thinking of getting a belt but would appreciate some suggestions of what and where to buy a good one relatively cheap?
Thank you ladies |

Don't get a cheap one, invest in a good 6 strap, vintage style one ( can get them from about £40) and you'll discover why they were worn
They fit properly and keep stockings in place and are much more comfortable than tights |

I have big thighs. I buy mine from eBay plus size ones. I've had the prob before of them not staying up and someone on here said to just wet around the top of them on the silicon strip and they will stay up |

Try using a big hair elastic to hold them in place
Failing that go for a decent suspenderbelt with at least six suspenders and metal clips as advised elsewhere ?
Cheap and plastic are just that and will fail
A little investment can be well worth it |
