Sticky and bite into small pieces, other wise they get all over your mouth.
What about crab, how do you eat that in a restaurant? I saw it on the menu the other day and was curious about its taste as I've not had it in years, but it occurred to me it may be more complicated than I think... |

With a tiny forky thing, so that you can get all the flesh out. Personally, I would not bother. Too fiddly. |
