I was actually thinking about the 6 nations the other day.
Nothing to do with rugby though.
In the last few months, I have met a Scots/Irish/French and Italian guy. I just need a englishman and a welshman to have the 6 nations. |

I'm going to save this quote for tomorrow, will love watching the Welsh* front row collapse at the first scrum and spend the rest of the game going backwards! (Watch England lose now!)
Just to wind you up even further, did you know that the word 'Welsh' is an old Anglo-Saxon word (Walesch) meaning foreigner? |

Not sure why it would wind him up. That's what we were to them. Wales isn't on the British flag either... That's why we needed a kick ass flag of our own
joking aside, I can't wait for the 6 nations. Not only do I enjoy the sport.... Those men are 'scrum'ptious!
Let the games begin :D x |

A little knowledge for everyone:
There are more rugby clubs in manchester than there are in the whole of ireland. Yet still English gloat about ...em...how do they win now?
Not sure about scotland number of clubs, but look at the population sizes of both countries. Scotland has almost 6million people, whereas England have 59.5million to select from and yet Scots always give England a close game for Calcutta Cup! Doesnt make sense to me.
'Ah but England won World Cup in 2003', i hear you cry. Look at the stats again for this one. There are also more rugby clubs in Manchester than there are in the whole of Australia, plus Australia only has population of 5million nationals to select from and yet England scrape winning World Cup against them! And they gloat and gloat.
Now before anyone thinks im having a go at Engklish people, well, im not. I'd be a hypocrite if i was as i have around 200 relatives in England, plus i lived there for six years.
Come on Scotland (apart from when they are playing Ireland).

Scotlands perennial problem is that they can never quite field a full International team. This year Scotland have a world class pack & a great back three, but have a real & worrying problem in the centre.
I blame the Celtic/Magners League for the situation where there are only two fully-professional clubs in Scotland.
Is it that Scots are far more interested in wendyball?
All the Celtic Nations lift their game when playing England, used to be said that as long as Scotland/Wales beat England then losing the rest of the series wouldn't matter
Beer is bought & chilling, chilli is cooking on the stove, England shirt is ready to be worn (after eating chilli
Can you all tell i'm excited????? |

Oh yes, the population argument doesn't always stack up either, New Zealand has a population of around 4 million yet they seem to do ok.
Wales are also around the 4 million mark & they have won a couple of grand slams recently |

Bump!
Can't wait to see all those scrummy men, (Cauliflower ears aside!) running round getting sweaty, if we're really lucky someone will have a shirt ripped so we can watch him changing on the pitch!
Thank Goodness I'm not a Sky Sports reporter hey!
Oh and looking forward to watching England win too, did I mention I like the game |

Well with my hair colour and heritage, my father is Paul Patrick and his birthday is March 17th, I have no problem with that!
And as its rugby, its all friendly rivalry and tolerance too, its one of the reasons I love the game xx |
