3 days till Sepang Testing..
Why does the winter break seem so long.. although as a Rossi fan I am glad because it gives him time to get over his shoulder operation...
But who else has lots of the races recorded on the sky box?
There is the Australian season on M&M tv at the moment.. but.. Ohhhhhhhhhh
Hurry up Bikes and get back on for me to watch..

It will be good to see Vale on the Ducati... and Hayden will be a good team mate..
In WSB I support Haslam.. :D Hes a local lad... and have met his dad a good few times.
BSB.. It used to be Hizzy, but obviously long ago stopped being an option.. was Walker for a bit.. now Easton. :D

its testing.. its a chance for Rossi and his team to get used to the bike.. however, he is still in a lot of pain..
I wont worry till mid season if he is that far down the grid.. it is after all the doctor. :D

Shoulder is killing him, 3 lap runs max.
But can't get the front end to work...

S'gonna be tough this year, Honda are throwing everything at winning the last 800cc title.
But, and I say this advisedly, you'll get massive odds on #46 for the 1st race at Qatar, and remembering how far Stoner was in the lead last year before he binned it, there could be a very good return from the bookies on that one.
Also, Duc have the 2012 bike nearly ready now...

Its always tough... :D It makes for a better race season...
Vale wouldnt have done it if he thought he would not have a chance..
He got upset with doing all the work then Lorenzo being the faster.. :D
Yamaha were nothing till Vale sorted the bike.. I wonder if Vales developments will make for better road versions of the Ducatis.. like it did for the two previous makes.

love the bike racing !!
never watched it until i met hubby - we try to attend a few races each year either wsb or bsb and we support and have supported lots of the brits, foggy,hizzy,hodgy,haslam and easton..
Not been to a moto gp race yet - can anyone tell me - what date the moto gp is scheduled for "knockhill" this year anyone ??

lol if it was held there it would be better than at silverstone.. lol
I miss it not being at Donnington.. Moto gp is one of those things you really should go to.. :D
I love knockhill for a circuit.. I have all of those mentioned autographs.. And once went to a bbq and met Chris Walker.. the guy whos party it was begged me not to behave like a fan.. I just kept going " Thats Walker, THE CHRIS WALKER"... and then when he said hi, I didnt know what to say
The late great Steve Hislop, made my daughters day by sitting her on his bike with him for a photo.. not sure if he was meant to.. Easton at the time had a broken leg.
And I have raced Haslam off a set of traffic lights in his Focus st (think its his g/fs actually ) lol I knew who he was.. not sure he knew I knew..if that makes sense..
If he wins WSB there will be a big party in Smalley.

Have met "Rocket" Ron in the Bell at Smalley, great knowledgeable bloke. I invited him to a race from the Queens to the Bell at Little Eaton, he never showed.... Perhaps my Beckett tuned RD 400 frightened him off?  |

oh awesome little bike.. Ron I have met on many occassion.. ( mostly through mechanic jobs I have worked) Very down to earth guy.. I actually remember Leon being a lad and me thinking "Eww geek boy".. lol
the bell is good to go watch the WSB races in at the moment.. :D

used to work in a team in bsb, only do cars now, and for me the winter break wasnt long enough this year have been flat out for the last few weeks, of to estoril next weekend testing |
