FFS i can't sleep again!

Seriously....its gone 5 in the morning.....i want to sleep. I've counted sheep, watched telly shopping, played candy crush, browsed the forums...hell, I even turned everything off and closed my eyes.... |

you should try Nytol - 1 a night 50mg tablets from Boots the chemist, I use when changing over to nightshift or reverse and if you take 1/2 hour before bed they zonk you out |
